4-5 Year Olds:

Soccer:
This can be either a 5, 6 or 8 week class for one hour/week. This class will focus on skills of dribbling, passing and kicking as well as introduce these children to the idea of game play. This non-competitive class will allow children high active learning time in that for most of the activities each child will have her/his own soccer ball.

Gym Jam:
For as few as 3 to as many as 8 class times per session, this class utilizes fun and engaging games to develop the motor skills such as throwing, catching, kicking as well as locomotor skills as running, jumping, hopping and skipping. This very popular class is designed in the form of an in-school physical education class and uses games that will allow children to work together for the improvement of motor skills.

Parachute Games:
For as few as 3 to as many as 6 class times per session, Parachute Games are a great way to get your young ones moving in a high energy/low impact activity. We donÍt know of any child of this age whoÍs face does not light up at the sight of a big, colorful parachute. These are great activities to teach your child to work cooperatively with others while having loads of fun at the same time.

6-7 Year Olds:

Soccer:
This can be either a 5, 6 or 8 week class for one hour/week. This class will focus on skills of dribbling, passing and kicking as well as advance tactical ability (game strategies) in game play. This class uses skill drills that have been developed into fun modified games that can improve skill as well as tactical knowledge of soccer.

Gym Jam:
For as few as 3 to as many as 8 class times per session, this class utilizes fun and engaging games to develop the motor skills such as throwing, catching and kicking. This very popular class is designed in the form of an in-school physical education class and allows for this age group to improve physical skills in a group setting.

Self-Defense and Awareness:
Recommended as a 6-8 week class for one hour/week, this class will teach the basics of self-defense to your group. Based upon principles of boxing, Judo and Jiu-jitsu, your child/ren will learn basic striking techniques, kicking techniques and basic throws. Intended to give your child/ren a fighting chance, we will take your child/ren from basic self-awareness through to basic strikes and throws.

Flag Football:
This class is recommended for a minimum of 6 class periods. The most popular sport in North America, a non-contact version of American Football, Flag Football can and is played all over the world. Using the ñgames approachî this class will take the sport and give a basic understanding of the rules ,strategies and tactics of the game. If you think you have to be as big as a 300 pound lineman, think again.

Tag Rugby:
This class is recommended for a minimum of 6 class periods. Tag Rugby, like Flag Football, is a non-contact sport. This game from Australia is fun and challenging. Using the ñgames approachî this class will take the sport and give a basic understanding of the rules ,strategies and tactics of the game. You donÍt have to be the big, burly type to be able to play Tag Rugby, itÍs for anyone.

Ultimate Frisbee:
This class is recommended for a minimum of 6 class periods. One of the fastest sports on two feet, Ultimate Frisbee is an easy and fun game to play. Ultimate is an exciting, non-contact team sport that mixes the best features of sports such as Soccer, Basketball and Football into a simple yet engaging and demanding game. However, the simplicity of the rules means it's easy and fun for newcomers to pick up.

Jump Rope:
This very popular activity is a fun and easy way to get young people moving. From individual jump rope skills to double dutch, your children will jump their way into becoming physically active. I will take students from the basic jump through complex jump rope skills as well as double dutch. All you need is a rope and a couple of friends and you are on your way to active fun anywhere.

8-12 Year Olds:

Soccer:
This can be either a 5, 6 or 8 week class for one hour/week. From beginner to expert, this class will both teach and improve your childÍs soccer skills. This non-competitive class accomodates all levels of soccer player and teaches or improves all skills of soccer from dribbling and passing to goal keeping. One focus of the class is the acquiring of the knowledge of the rules as well as tactics of the game while at the same time focussing on the teamwork aspect of sport.

Fitness Fun:
This can be either a 5, 6 or 8 week class for one hour/week. Similar in approach as the Gym Jam for younger children, this class utilizes fun and engaging games in a group setting to get your young ones moving. The highly active and educational games included in this class will give students the confidence and skills for a lifetime of health and fitness.

Self-Defense and Awareness:
Recommended as a 6-8 week class for one hour/week, this class will teach the basics of self-defense to your group.
